Submitting a request for reservation is subject to approval by InvestFox and does not guarantee the Property will be reserved. Upon successful reservation, the property will be be reserved for seventy two (72) hours (3 business days) from the date of approval unless otherwise agreed to by InvestFox.
An Expression of Interest/deposit fee of $1,000.00 must be taken and transferred to builder's trust account in the form of by Cheque / Credit Card / EFT to builder Trust Account. The Expression of Interest fee is fully refundable in the event that you do not wish to proceed with the purchase of the above property.
Expression of Interest forms and fees do not constitute a legal Contract of Sales and the vendor is free to place the property back on the market once the reservation period lapses.
